This module focuses on developing teamwork skills. You’ll explore theories of team roles, conflict resolution and learning styles to consider how you interact in a team, and how you can work with others to achieve the best outcomes. This learning is applied to learn about multi-disciplinary teams in patient care. In this module you’ll develop strong bonds with others in your group, taking part in lots of team games to build your self-awareness and skill set. In the final session, you’ll work together to plan your own bespoke celebration event to mark the end of the pathway.
